How does billing work?

All paid plans are billed monthly or annually; annual billing saves around 17% (Solo €90/yr, Team €390/yr, Business €1490/yr). All plans auto-renew; you can cancel any time from the dashboard.

How is VAT handled?

Creem is our merchant of record: it is the seller of record for your subscription, calculates and charges the VAT that applies to your billing country, remits it, and issues your receipt. Prices on this page are shown including 21% NL VAT by default; the ex-VAT toggle removes 21% for illustration only.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email support@stubsmith.dev within 14 days of your first payment on a subscription and we refund it in full. Renewals are not refundable for the unused remainder of a period, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it and close the subscription. How do I cancel, and how do I reach support?

Cancel yourself from the Billing page in the dashboard, no email needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then reverts to Free. For anything else, email support@stubsmith.dev; we reply within 3 business days.

What counts as a fingerprint?

A fingerprint is one unique traffic shape on one endpoint. Its key is the request method and path template plus a blake2b-64 digest over the request's sorted key-paths, query-parameter names and content type. It records structure and names only, never values. Fingerprints are capped per plan. When you reach the cap, new shapes are rejected at ingest (existing stubs continue to work). Fingerprints are never deleted; downgrading freezes them at the lower cap.

How many samples does Stubsmith keep, and for how long?

Stubsmith keeps the most recent masked samples for each distinct response a request shape returns: 3 per response on Free, 5 on Solo, 10 on Team, 25 on Business. As new samples arrive the oldest are deleted, so the window is bounded by how many you keep rather than by age. Nothing expires on a clock: an endpoint you exercise once a quarter keeps its samples, and a high-traffic endpoint cannot crowd out a rare error response, because each response code gets its own window. Fingerprints, request types, and generated stubs are kept indefinitely; they are your durable output.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period; fingerprints above the new cap are frozen (not deleted) and become accessible again if you upgrade back.
